International Summer Academy on Human Security
is designed as ten-day-course for postgraduate students, young professionals, young researchers and representatives of NGOs whose work agenda focuses on the topics of terrorism, organised crime and peace-building. Special focus will be made on the selection of participants from South Eastern and Eastern Europe.
The summer academy is part of the HUMSEC project and will be held in the Human Rights City of Graz.

Applications and costs
The application procedure and the costs of the Summer Academy are different in the case of applicants appointed by a HUMSEC project partner or by external participants. For more information click here.
Financial Support
The Scholarships can be allotted, in limited numbers, to qualified participants from many countries, including Croatia. Participants seeking a scholarship are asked to shortly state reasons for requiring financial aid. The application deadline is: 15 April 2008!
The European Training and Research Centre for Human Rights and Democracy (ETC) will select the participants until 15 May 2008.
