International Graduate Assistantships (IGA)
are available to international students wishing to contribute to the process of internationalization on the campus of Georgia College & State University and who also wish to work for 10 hours per week in exchange for a tuition waiver.
You can download an International Graduate Application for Admission (attached) and a Graduate Assistantship Application at www.gcsu.edu/international.
These assistantships are awarded to new incoming students on the basis of demonstrated academic ability, evidence of extracurricular involvement and financial need.
To be considered for the IGA, applicants must have on file a completed application for admission and completed IGA application by the stated deadline. Applications for the International Graduate Assistantship are included in the International Student Graduate Application for Admission.
The application deadline is April 1st, 2008.
