Ph.D. student position

 Department invites applications for five Ph.D. student positions with external funding: three positions oriented toward research on global governance, within the project The Design of International Institutions: Legitimacy, Effectiveness and Distribution; one position oriented towards European co-operation for societal security, connected to the research programme ”Building Societal Security in Europe", and one position oriented towards the international ecosystem management of the Baltic Sea.

The applicant should briefly indicate whether the doctoral studies are planned to be financed by resources from the Department of Political Science, or by external funds, i.e. by resources from another employer or financier (written guarantee of 36 months financing). This information will not form the basis of the admission decision, but will be used for the Department’s planning after a potential admission decision has been made.

The Department will only consider documents written in Danish, English, French, German, Norwegian, or Swedish. Documents in other languages must be translated before submission, and the translation must be certified as correct by an authorized translator. Copies of both the original documents and the translations must accompany the application.
