Scholarship Contest for internationally accredited Executive MBA and MBA programs for 2011 in Croatia

Following the great success of the scholarship contest in previous years in the SEE Region, we are proud to announce Scholarship Contest for internationally accredited Executive MBA and MBA programs for 2011 in Croatia.

1. ABOUT SCHOLARSHIPS

The scholarship project evolves as a part of COTRUGLI's Social Responsibility Program, created to encourage positive changes within the SEE region. 105.000 € worth scholarships will be granted to those applicants who are most likely to contribute to the growth of COTRUGLI Business School in this region.

Executive MBA Scholarship application requirements:

• Undergraduate degree
• Sufficient knowledge of English language
• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Managerial position

MBA Scholarship application requirements:

• Undergraduate degree
• Sufficient knowledge of English language
• Minimum 3 years of work experience

In order to be considered eligible as E/MBA participants, applied candidates have to successfully complete the application process. Scholarships will be granted to the most successful candidates in the selection process.

2. APPLICATION PROCESS

Application process shall consist of 2 rounds:

• ROUND 1 - Deadline of submission of the Application Form: March 21st, 2011 by midnight

Once they apply, all candidates will receive an Application Form which needs to be filled out in English and submitted until March 21st, 2011 (by midnight)

• ROUND 2 - Selection Finals: April 2nd and 3rd, 2011
  
  COTRUGLI will select candidates, who will be informed about entering the final round of selection process, not later than March 28th, 2011.

The selection process finals will be held on April 2nd and 3rd, 2011 in Zagreb. The aim of this final round is to select scholarship winners.

It is not easy or simple to be a true leader; therefore, the selection process will not be easy either. Second round of the selection process will consist of individual tests and group assignments and the whole process will last 10 hours.

3. WINNER SELECTION

According to the evaluation of each candidate's professional and individual achievements and impressions gathered during the whole selection process, the special commission will select 12 candidates, who will receive the scholarships and become participants of Executive MBA generation 2010 in Zagreb and MBA generation 2011.

Candidates will be informed about the results of the selection process not later than April 6th, 2011.

At the end of the process, after scholarship winners have been selected, in the random manner only 1 of them will win a full Executive MBA scholarship (18.000 €) and 1 will receive a full MBA scholarship (12.000 €). Other 10 candidates will receive partial (50 %) scholarships for Executive MBA and MBA program.

4. VALUE

In cooperation with reputable partners, COTRUGLI grants:

1. Executive MBA Scholarships - 5 partial scholarships (9.000 € each) and 1 full EMBA scholarship in amount of 18.000 €.
2. MBA Scholarships - 5 partial scholarships (6.000 € each) and 1 full MBA scholarship in amount of 12.000 €.

Partial scholarship winners are obliged to cover the difference in price between a partial and full scholarship; that is the additional amount up to the entire tuition fee of Executive MBA or MBA program. The regular tuition fee for Executive MBA is 18.000 €, and the full price of MBA is 12.000 €.

All candidates who successfully complete the scholarship Selection Finals and also complete the enrolment process before May 1st, 2010 are entitled to 30% are entitled to 30% discount on regular price of Executive MBA or MBA program.

5. WINNERS` OBLIGATIONS

Scholarship winners are expected to do the following type of work for COTRUGLI: consulting, mentoring and research. This is to be done without fee during or after the program, in total amount of 40 hours (5 days).

Scholarship winners are obliged to follow standards and rules associated with all educational programs at COTRUGLI, as well as to promote COTRUGLI’s values trough his/her exemplary academic achievements and overall ethical behavior.

Once they apply for the selection process, candidates agree that all materials taken during the process can be used for COTRUGLI’s advertising purposes and that they give up on all rights related to them. COTRUGLI's policy is not to publish any kind of information revealing candidates’ status. COTRUGLI fences itself from any kind of discrimination in its programs and activities, including religious, sexual, ethnic and national discrimination.
