International Mistral: Master Program Scholarships for Foreign Students
The University of Avignon is pleased to announce the launch of the Mistral scholarship programme for academic year 2011-12. This programme is aimed at international students who wish to enroll in Master's courses offered by our institution.
Please find attached the Mistral programme description and the application form for 2011-12 (documents in French).
Key information :
- Students can apply for a scholarship for entry in the first (M1) or the second year of any of the Master's courses offered at University of Avignon. More information on the Master's courses offered at the University of Avignon is available on our website (http://www.univ-avignon.fr/fr/formations/choix/liste/grade/masters.html).
- Applicants must have a very good academic record.
- The total amount of each scholarship is € 6,000 for the whole academic year. Mistral students who have successfully completed the 1st year of a Master's in 2011-12 and are admitted into the 2nd year in 2012-13 can benefit from another scholarship of € 4,500 for 2012-13.
- Each applicant must be recommended by a lecturer from his/her home institution (a letter of recommendation must be provided).
- Priority will be given to students from partner institutions of the University of Avignon as well as to students from developing and emerging countries.
- International students already residing in France are not eligible.
- Application deadline : 14th March 2011.
