Cross-Border University MSc programme in Information and Communications Technology (CBU ICT).

The deadline for applications is January 31st, 2012, and all application need to be sent through University Admissions Finland. The University of Eastern Finland will offer at least five scholarships of 500 Euros/month for the best applicants. There is no tuition fee in this MSc programme.
The programme is organised jointly by the Finnish and Russian partner universities: University of Eastern Finland, University of Helsinki, Lappeenranta University of Technology, St. Petersburg State University, St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University and Petrozavodsk State University.
