International Excellence Scholarships for Master’s Students at University of Leeds

University of Leeds is offering international scholarships for master’s students who have been offered a place on any of the postgraduate master’s courses within the school of civil engineering, school of mechanical engineering and school of process, environmental and materials engineering. 20 scholarships up to £5,000 will be awarded on the basis of academic excellence. Application deadline is 30th June 2013.

Eligibility: Any international applicant who has been offered a place on any of the postgraduate masters courses within the School of Civil Engineering, School of Mechanical Engineering and School of Process, Environmental and Materials Engineering.

Scholarship Description: The School of Process, Environmental and Materials Engineering, School of Civil Engineering and School of Mechanical Engineering is offering a number of scholarships to attract the very brightest students from around the world as we value their intellectual contribution both to MSc courses and the overall academic atmosphere of the School.

Number of award(s): 5 scholarships are available within the school of process, environmental and materials engineering, 10 scholarships are available within the school of mechanical engineering and 5 scholarships are available within the school of civil engineering.

What does it cover? Worth £5,000 for full time international fee paying students.

Selection Criteria: Academic achievement /excellence.

Notification: Successful applicants will be notified within two weeks of the deadline and must respond accepting the scholarship within 14 days.
