At HPU, you will find an academic setting founded in quality, with a comprehensive curriculum and a wide range of programs to choose from. Our International Scholarship encourages eligible full-time degree-seeking students who have applied directly to the University to apply for a partial tuition waiver ranging from 20% to 50% of tuition.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligible applicants are full-time degree-seeking students who have been accepted to the University. This scholarship may be applied to the English Foundations Program (EFP) courses as needed in preparation for a degree program at Hawaii Pacific University.

• Submit application with required documents by deadline
• Certified academic transcripts from your college (all documents that are not in English must be accompanied by certified English translations; U.S.
• $50 application fee
• Statement of Financial Sponsorship
• Original or certified copy of a bank statement or letter showing sufficient funds to cover one academic year of study at HPU.

Award Types: Scholarship, tuition reduction
Average Award Amount: Partial tuition waiver ranging from 20% to 50% of tuition
Number of Awards: Varies
Award Coverage: Renewable each year until completion of a degree as long as the student is in good academic standing.
Application Deadline: Applications for the fall semester (September) must be mailed by April 1, May 1 or June 1. Applications for the spring semester (January) must be mailed by September 1, October 1, or November 1.
