The Institute for the Development of Education has the pleasure of announcing the Scholarships Fair 2010 that will take place on Wednesday 20 October 2010 at the National and University Library in Zagreb, from 10 am to 6 pm.

The Scholarships Fair is composed of several elements: the National and University Library’s main entrance hall will host stands where the exhibitors (i.e. scholarship-awarding institutions) will present their scholarships programmes. Alongside the exhibiting area, National and University Library’s minor entrance hall will host an additional programme consisting of presentations, round table discussions, and other events related to scholarships and other forms of financial aid for higher education programmes. For those who will not be able to visit Scholarships Fair at the National and University Library, a virtual On-line Scholarships Fair will take place on the web portal www.stipendije.info.

Exhibitors
Participating institutions will have representatives at their stands, who will present their scholarships and other forms of financial aid for higher education. Over 35 exhibiting institutions are expected to participate in the Scholarships Fair 2010. More.

Presentations
In addition to the exhibitors' display stands, the Fair will include a rich additional programme of 20-minute presentations by institutions that award and/or administer scholarships. The presentations will enable visitors to learn more about the particular scholarship-awarding institutions, as well as their criteria for awarding scholarships. More.

On-line Scholarships Fair 2010
The On-line Scholarships Fair will be active for six months after actual Fair has taken place (20 October 2010 – 1 May 2011), and will provide comprehensive information about the exhibitors and the scholarships that they offer for studying in Croatia or abroad.

Scholarships Fair brochure   
The official brochure of the Scholarships Fair, which will be distributed to visitors during the Fair, will contain all basic information about the exhibitors and their institutions' scholarships and financial aid programmes. This will provide the visitors with a single source of information about a wide variety of scholarships possibilities presented at the Fair, as well as key information about particular exhibitors.
