CALL FOR MOY SCHOLARSHIPS AT THE ERASMUS MUNDUS PROGRAM –

WOP-P - Master on Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (2011-2012)

The European Master on Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) is a graduate university programme, supported by the European Commission through the Erasmus Mundus Programme which provides a Postgraduated Diploma.
The Master requires a university undergraduate degree in Psychology. The objective is to contribute to the qualification of professionals and researchers in the discipline of Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology emphasizing a European approach and perspective. The Master implements the main guidelines developed by the Euro-Psych model for the European Diploma of Psychology (EDP) supported by the European Federation of Psychology Association (EFPA). It also follows the Reference Model and Minimal Standards of the European Curriculum in WOP Psychology established by the European Network of Work and Organizational Psychology Professors (ENOP)

The European Master on Work, Organization and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) has been awarded the Mediterranean Office for Youth Label (MOY). MOY program opens a new call for scholarships for students from a MOY member country* aiming to study at the Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P). MOY grants are awarded to fund academic mobility and to recognise academic excellence. Grantees enjoy the benefits of MOY recognition: financial aid for periods of academic mobility; assistance in entering and studying in one or more partner countries, and in locating a first professional opportunity; career mentoring and access to a network of internships and jobs.

MOY grants are designed to cover housing, meals and other living expenses, health insurance, and at least part of the transportation expenses related to the grantee’s academic mobility. The baseline monthly allotment for living expenses is €1,000 for Master’s students. The amount actually paid out to students is equal to the baseline amount multiplied by a coefficient that takes into account the cost of living in the host country. The transportation allotment is a lump sum that varies with the distance between the home and host institution.

In order to apply for a MOY grant students must be a national of an MOY member country, enrolled in or applying to WOP-P program, and intending to spend at least one semester (5 months) in at least one other partner institution in a country other than that in which his or her home institution is located.

Call for application for students is open from 20th April 2011to 15th May 2011.
