A E Hills Postgraduate Scholarship
University of Birmingham is offering full-time postgraduate scholarship for new and current full-time PG students. Each year one award is available for UK/EU and international students and will be tenable for one year only. Scholarships are provided in the field of Arts and Law, Engineering and Physical Sciences, Life and Environmental Sciences, Medical and Dental Sciences, Social Sciences. Scholarship will cover the home rate of postgraduate tuition fees and stipends for living costs may be available in some cases. Application deadline is 16 May 2014.

Scholarship Description: Open to any full-time postgraduate. One award is available each year and will be tenable for one year only. This scholarship will cover the home rate of postgraduate tuition fees. Stipends for living costs may be available in some cases; however, this will be subject to available funding and cannot be guaranteed.

How to Apply: Applications cannot be made directly for these awards; candidates need to be nominated by their school or department. If you are interested and fit the eligibility criteria, please speak to the postgraduate administrator within your school, or your admissions tutor. For more information please submit a query to the Student Funding Office through university website. You should aim to apply by mid-March (when nominations open) prior to the start of the academic term. Nominations close in late May.
