Otvorene su prijave za diplomski studijski program European Union - Russia Studies pri Sveučilištu Tartu u Estoniji. Program u trajanju od dvije godine odvija se na engleskom jeziku, a međunarodnim studentima nude se stipendije koje pokrivaju troškove školarine (€3400 na godinu).

About the programme

This multidisciplinary MA programme will provide you with the analytical tools and skills to grasp the political, historical, and economic developments in Russia, the European Union, and their shared neighbourhood.

EURUS combines a long-standing tradition of assured quality with a vocation to innovation and internationalization. Your learning experience will blend seminars and lectures with group work, field trips, international schools, and student-centred activities, using innovative techniques of active learning. Bridging academia and the “real world”, we emphasize not only acquiring knowledge, but also applying it.

Tuition fee and scholarships

Tuition fee is EUR 3400 per academic year covers tuition, materials and some field trips within Estonia. Housing, food, insurance and other living expenses are not covered by the tuition fee. The 10 best applicants will be offered the tuition-waiver scholarship.

You do not have to apply for the scholarship separately, all applicants to the EURUS programme will be considered for the competition automatically. Students receiving this scholarship do not have to pay the tuition fee if they complete a full-time study load (30 ECTS per semester).

  2. Mail the printed and signed application (do not send any documents by e-mail) with all the required documents by the indicated deadline to: International Student Service, University of Tartu, Ülikooli 18, Tartu 50090, ESTONIA.

  • official copy of the Bachelor's diploma or its equivalent and Diploma Supplement in the original language
  • official translation of the Bachelor's diploma and Diploma Supplement into English, translation certified
  • proof of English language proficiency
  • copy of the passport page stating the applicant's personal particulars
