Miami International University of Art & Design Scholarship
Due to the global economic crisis we’re this year encouraging students, teachers & parents to participate of our two scholarship competitions hosted by our two campuses in the State of Florida (Miami International University of Art and Design & The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale). These two competitions have some key point to remember:
- This competition is open to all High school seniors graduating in 2009.
- This is the ONLY chance a High school student can have to earn a full scholarship of up $60,000 American dollars.
- Deadline to submit all sample work and documents is March 2009.
- Student must start right way collecting all information to send.
- There is NO cost to enter the competitions
- Students can enter both competitions separate
Entry Requirements:
- You must be a high school senior graduating in the 2008-2009 academic year.
- You must have a current Cumulative Grade Point Average of 2.5 or better.
- Please submit an essay expressing why you wish to study one of the majors
- Please submit a letter of recommendation from a high school teacher.
- Please submit a portfolio/submission packet that includes a minimum of 10 samples of your best work.
- Submit your name, home address, and telephone number, along with your school name, address, and school telephone number.
- Recipients must maintain an overall cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better at Miami International University of Art & Design to maintain this scholarship.
