Details
In the framework of its activities aimed at fostering peace and understanding between peoples, the Rotary Club Perugia organizes the “65th International Rotarian Course for Young people” and offers 6 scholarships for foreign university students.
The purpose of the Course is to give students an opportunity to study Italian language and culture; the program will be held in Perugia from July 1st to July 31st, 2019.
Participation in the Course provides:
- attendance of Italian language and culture courses at the University for Foreigners of Perugia;
- additional Activities organized by the Rotary Club Perugia (e.g. visits to other cities, Rotary events,...)
Requirements
Admission requirements include:
- age 18-25;
- student status: candidates must be enrollment in a University;
- valid passport or other travel documents;
- residence abroad: scholarships will not be granted to foreign students who are already staying in Italy, whatever the reason of their stay (tourism, study or work).
Award
The Scholarship includes:
- free accommodation for the whole month of July;
- free meals;
- registration to the Courses of Italian language and culture at the University for Foreigners of the Perugia;
- additional Activities organized by the Rotary Club Perugia (e.g. visits to other cities, Rotary events,...).
Application procedure
Candidates must fill in the application form “ENCLOSURE A” (see here) and send it by email to segreteria@rotaryperugia.it together with the documents listed under the section "Documents to be attached" (see here). The deadline for application is April 10, 2019.
